How do I get started?

Contact us by website, email or text and, let us know what service you are interested in, and we will get right back to you with all the information you will need.

We currently offer no contact estimates for all of our customers.

Do you go out of town?

Yes, we offer our services to surrounding areas.

Saskatchewan; Lumsden, Regina Beach, Pilot Butte, White City, Emerald Park, Balgonie, Indian Head and Fort Qu'Appelle.

Albert; Calgary and surrounding areas.

We do charge mileage one way on all services outside of city limits. Our mileage fee is (1.00+) per kilometre (km).

All services that are outside city limits are charged at our hourly rate, per technician.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we do require a non-obligation ‘service’ contract for legal and insurance purposes. You are not obligated to any services after you have signed one and can skip or pause a cleaning with 48 hours’ notice with no cancellation fee.

All our staff are insured under WCB. TheeCleaningCompany Interior Cleaning is insured in both provinces.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

We do our best to use Canadian-made, eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products. However, not all of our products reach the certification of eco-friendly or biodegradable. We do use an all-purpose cleaner for most of our cleaning that is Canadian-made, Eco-friendly, biodegradable, pet friendly, with no sent to better serve our customers with allergies. We do not claim that all our products are safe, we follow the manufacturers label.

Bleach

We don’t normally use bleach but, may use a product that contains a small amount of bleach or quats to remove mould or hard staining. We also use a disinfecting solution in bathrooms and high touch areas. We will not accept any liability for any damage that may be caused by the use of bleach.

Will I be charged more if I have pets?

No, pets are family and we love seeing your pets! You can ask us to do detailed pet hair removal and this will cost a bit more.

Estimates

When we make an estimate there can be extra charges due to excessive mess or the appointment taking longer than expected. An estimate is exactly that and is not an agreement. If there is no way to access the property when we get on-site, the customer will be charged a $165.00+ plus tax cancellation fee on final invoice. Our employees will only stay 10minutes before canceling the appointment.

Minimum Charges

Most of the cleaning we offer is invoiced at an estimated price plus tax.

The deep cleaning is invoiced at a base price and thereafter our hourly rate, per technician if walls are being washed.

The mover’s cleaning is also invoiced at a base price of 299.99+ for the first 2 hours and thereafter our hourly rate, per technician.

When you request continuous cleaning such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly, you will be charged at a discounted rate saving you money in the long run.

Payments

Payments are due in full at the time of completion of the clean, and you will be invoiced by email, or text message, ‘completed’ is considered when the final checks have been completed by the lead technician on-site*. We reserve the right to determine what ‘completed’ means. We do charge a late payment fee after 30(th) day of invoice (39.99+) as well as interest starting on the 31(st) day (4.%). NSF fee of (45.00+) and may charge for other bank or account related fees.
